How much is my shipping?

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to US if you purchase above US$100.

Standard Shipping Rate
For the first item, the normal shipping fee to US is US$10. Each additional item costs only US$5. If the total purchase is above US$100, the shipping fee is waived!
The shipping rates for international vary. To find out more details, please refer to Estimate Shipping Costs on Your Shopping Cart.

Express Shipping Rate
The additional shipping fee is only US$15.
Express Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time of your items varies depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. There are occasions that the delivery will take longer due to product availability from our suppliers. If you have any shipping questions or wish to check on the availability of a product, please contact us.

Most US and Canada orders are processed and delivered to you within 10 - 14 business days from when the order is placed. Express delivery can be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. For international orders, our experience shows that the delivery usually takes at least 14 business days. Sometimes it may take around 1 month because of local custom checks.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes. You can choose Priority Delivery Method during checkout. Please note this method will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time.

If we have stocks, you will receive the items within 5 7 business days for shipping to US and Canada. For full details of shipping time at all other locations, please refer to the above question

We can handle urgent delivery by request. Please write down your special instructions during checkout or send us a email.

What is your return and refund policy?

Bridal Phantasy strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase you made on our website. If you are not, all of our items are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days. There is, however a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost to adjust inventory and database. We do not refund shipping charges.

Because headpieces can be easily damaged by repeated handling there are no implied warranties that apply for any reason beyond the first 7 days of receipt.

1. Once you receive your order you have 1 week to look it over and decide if you wish to return it. Please email to us at admin@bridalphantasy.com within 7 days to request for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will not be accepted for refund after 7 days of receipt. Please open your shipment immediately!

2. The product is returned in its original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged. We will not accept the return and will not issue a credit if the original packaging is missing.

3. We must receive your return in the original, new condition. We suggest you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way.

4. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and returned to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

5. Shipping charges for the initial delivery and for the return will not be refunded except in the case of replacement due to defect. Items that are being replaced or exchanged will be shipped via our regular EMS delivery. If you wish to have them sent overnight there will be an additional charge.

6. We will replace any item that is found to be defective provided we are notified of the defect within 7 days of delivery to you. After 7 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your headpiece carefully upon receipt. We will reimburse you for return shipment and will promptly send the replacement.

7. Upon our receipt of a returned item meeting the above criteria, we will issue a credit to your charge card.
